Terms of use

These terms describe use of the Aura website and iOS app, including profiles, interpretations, Aura Guide, Aura Connect, and paid editions. By using Aura, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for content you submit and for having permission to provide information about other people.

Aura combines astrology, optional numerology, professional context you supply, and AI-generated interpretation to support self-reflection. Its content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or different each time it is generated. Compatibility scores and timing interpretations are reflective tools, not measured facts or guarantees about a person or future event.

Aura does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use its output as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect your health, safety, livelihood, or another person. Seek qualified help for those decisions.

Aura is not an emergency service. If you need urgent assistance, contact your local emergency service or an appropriate crisis support service.

You keep your rights in the content you provide. You allow Aura and the providers needed for the requested features to process that content to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Do not use Aura to harass, impersonate, threaten, discriminate against, or unlawfully expose another person. Do not send unsolicited bulk invitations, attempt unauthorized account access, circumvent purchase verification, or interfere with the service.

Only invite people who have agreed to receive the relevant communication. Review the information in a share card before sharing it. Removing a connection or changing a setting does not delete screenshots or copies held by someone else.

Aura offers free and paid editions. The features, billing interval, price, and any offer terms are shown before purchase. Prices can differ by platform, currency, and region. Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the provider that billed you.

App Store purchases: Apple handles billing, subscription management, and refund requests. Use your Apple subscription settings to cancel or change an App Store subscription. The iOS app also provides Restore App Store purchases for an existing purchase.

Website purchases: Stripe processes website billing. Sign in on the website, open Aura Editions, and select Manage billing to access the available subscription controls.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel billing. Aura cancels a linked website subscription before account deletion, but you must cancel an App Store subscription separately with Apple. Check the renewal date and cancellation status with your billing provider. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase provider, the circumstances, and applicable consumer law; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. See billing and refund help.

The Aura iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple’s terms govern App Store transactions and the applicable app license. These service terms describe your use of Aura’s account, content, and connected features.

Aura depends on network access and external services. Maintenance, provider outages, or account and purchase-verification issues can interrupt features. Generated interpretations may change when profile data, analysis methods, or the underlying service changes.

Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Questions about your account, purchases, or the service can be addressed using the options on the support page.
