Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Aura account here. Review what happens to your data and subscription before confirming.

Before you delete

Deletion removes your Aura account and its saved profiles, conversations, memories, timeline records, invitations, connections, and comparisons. The account cannot be recovered through Aura.

App Store subscription: cancel it separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Aura, or open Apple subscription settings. Deleting your Aura account does not cancel Apple billing.

Linked website subscription: Aura cancels the linked Stripe subscription before deleting the account. If that cancellation cannot be completed, account deletion stops and an error is shown. Deleting an account does not request a refund for past payments.

Apple and Stripe may retain their transaction records. Provider records, backups, and copies you shared with other people have separate retention rules. See the privacy policy and subscription help.
