Your saved profiles and edition are linked to your Aura account. Use the same account on the website and iOS app. The iOS app currently supports email-and-password sign-in; Google sign-in is available on the website when enabled.

If a profile or edition is missing, check the account email and the active profile first. A Google-only account may not have an Aura password. Creating another account with a different email will not move your existing data or purchases.

Open Aura to sign in or return to your profiles.

Use the provider shown on your receipt. Aura purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple; website purchases are billed through Stripe.

Billed by Apple: on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Aura. You can review or cancel the subscription there. You can also open Apple subscription settings. See Apple’s cancellation instructions if you cannot find the subscription.

Billed through the website: sign in to Aura, open Aura Editions, and select Manage billing. The billing portal provides the actions enabled for your subscription, including cancellation and payment-method management.

Uninstalling Aura or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Aura cancels a linked website subscription during account deletion, but Apple subscriptions must be canceled separately. If you already have a paid edition, check its status before starting a second subscription on another platform.

1. Check that your iPhone uses the Apple Account that made the purchase.
2. Sign in to the Aura account originally used for that purchase.
3. Open Account in Aura, then choose Restore App Store purchases. The restore option is also available on the Editions screen.
4. Allow the purchase check to finish. If the edition is still missing, confirm that the subscription is active in Apple’s subscription settings and note any error shown in Aura.

For an App Store charge, sign in at Apple’s Report a Problem page using the Apple Account on the receipt and choose Request a refund. Apple reviews eligibility. See Apple’s refund instructions for details.

For a website charge, use the merchant contact information on your payment receipt with the receipt reference, purchase date, and the email used for Aura. Do not send your password, full card number, or security code. A refund request is separate from canceling future renewals.

On the website, open My Accounts → Account management to edit or remove a profile. In the iOS app, open Account to manage your profiles. Review birth date, time, and location if an interpretation looks unexpected; these inputs affect the chart.

Professional context and numerology are optional analysis sources. Change the relevant profile preferences if you do not want them included in future analysis.

Open an Aura Connect connection to review its privacy and sharing controls. Only share a card after checking what it contains. A link or screenshot that someone already copied may remain outside Aura after you change a setting.

1. Review your subscription first. Cancel an App Store subscription with Apple; Aura cancels a linked website subscription before deleting the account.
2. Open the account deletion page and sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Read the deletion information, type DELETE, and confirm. In the iOS app, you can instead open Account → Privacy & data → Delete Aura account.

Deleting a profile removes that profile; it is different from deleting the account. Clearing browser storage only removes local guest data from that browser. Read the privacy policy for more information about data and deletion.
